Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only. We're a small business based in Los Angeles, and we’re excited to grow and expand delivery options in the future.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer a flat rate of $5.95 on all orders, no matter how many items you purchase. This helps us cover the cost of careful, sustainable packaging and reliable delivery.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your tea is on the way.
How long does delivery take?
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail, depending on the order weight and destination. Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days, with quicker delivery for customers located on the West Coast.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return my tea if I change my mind?
Because tea is a food product, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges — even if the jar or pouch is unopened. This policy helps us ensure every customer receives tea that’s fresh, safe, and uncompromised.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
What if my product arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
We want you to have the best experience possible. If your order arrives damaged (e.g. broken glass jar or torn pouch), or if there’s an error with your shipment, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.
